www.Infiledge.com - Sharing of knowledge makes easier

Hi guys! I have just created a website called Infiledge.com. It is an online e-sharing of learning materials from websites or youtube videos. Not only that, this is your chance, if you are having your teaching videos or websites to share, why not start with infiledge.com?

Infiledge.com also encourage users to learn what they want to learn which is why in infiledge.com we provide a "What I want to learn" board where users can state down on the things that they want to learn. Then if other users happen to discover the videos or website which is relevant to what the topic on the "What I want to learn" board, they can simply upload to infiledge.com! Interesting isn't it?

One more thing, In infiledge.com, you can come up with your own module! Cool right? You can do a mashup of learning materials which can be found on infiledge.com and come up with your own unique module out of it. Your module can be related to your school where you can share with your friends or come up with a crazy module that you always want to do!

You learn, you teach and you share, this is the place, Infiledge.com! So if you are interested in this idea, join infiledge.com community!

Hong Kong Exchange Day 2

Day 2 :

Today is the day that we embark our journey to explore Hong Kong! We went to 3 different places in Hong Kong which are, Kowloon Bay, Kwun Tong and Hang Hau.

When we reached Kowloon Bay, the environment of the shopping center make us feel as if we are still in Singapore because sad to say that shopping centers are almost the same in terms of shops that they have as well as the basic layout of the shopping mall.

After which we went to Kwun Tong, which has more of a Hong Kong feel as compared to Kowloon Bay. This is the picture how Kwun Tong street is like.
Kwun Tong Street
After exploring Kwun Tong, we felt that Kwun Tong feels more like an industrial area rather than a street market.  Also, one of the shopping building looks like Sim Lim square (in terms of the things they sold), but I didn't take note what's the building name. It sells electronic product and on the top floor .... Well I guess you got to explore yourself to see what they are selling.

Last but not least, we went to Hang Hau, the place where we have to go because that's where we will be taking the mini bus back to school. The mission at Hang Hau was to search for PILLOWS! That's because we really need pillows badly after experiencing one night without it.

Since there are 3 to 4 different shopping malls in Hang Hau, we spend a few hours to hunt down for cheap pillow. And we got it at HKD$69 (~SGD $11) which is quite cheap as compared to those pillow which sells at SGD$20 or even more!

With that, we ended out second day in Hong Kong.

Hong Kong Exchange Day 1

This is my first time that I went to Hong Kong and I was so excited to see how's the lifestyle, the environment as well as the people in Hong Kong are like as compared to the Hong Kong drama. When I reached the Hong Kong airport, I was unable to differentiate Hong Kong and Singapore yet since the environment are quite similar to Singapore. However, the differentiation point occurs to me when they start to speak in Cantonese which I don't really understand a single Cantonese in my life. (How I wish that there are subtitles appearing at the bottom on my view so that I can understand what they are talking about)

When I reached the airport, the employees are quite helpful when I approached them for help. With this, I successfully reached HKUST via red taxi (HK$280). When I first step upon HKUST, the view of the school was quite magnificent and the so called central forum was huge with high and transparent ceiling. I try to guide myself to Hall VI with the help of the signs along the way and I reached Hall VI successfully and my body was covered with sweat since the weather was extremely hot on that day when I arrived.

When I reached the Hall, I realize that I can only checked-in after 2pm thus I have 3 hours to spare so I decide to tour around the school and familiarize with the school environment as well as having my first meal in Hong Kong. The school is quite comprehensive in terms of catering to the student who stay in school as there are supermarket, barber shop, banks, various restaurants as well as co-op shops.

After I did my checked in at around 2.30PM, I settle down in my room and unpacked all my stuff. Later at night other two of my course mates have arrive as well and we take a tour around the school to find out where is the nearest bus-stop so that we can go for our mini tour on the very next day.

Well I didn't took any photo on day 1, so no picture for this post
