Finally! I finally start to train my physical after BMT life in Tekong :) I will start my training this week in order to keep myself fit as a man. Today I run for around 20+min, really with no pacer my pace is very horrible, sometime fast, sometime slow. If saw pretty girl then run fast if not then no motivation then will slow down.
But I really sweat a lot today and I felt great after this run :)
Oh ya I have slightly change the layout of my website and blog :) Cya!
